On January 17th, the Town of Islip IDA Board unanimously approved the final resolution for InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer who currently operates out of three other locations in Islip.

The Town of Islip IDA Board, which includes three new members, unanimously approved a final resolution on January 17th for the development of the long-awaited hotel on Carleton Avenue in Central Islip, near Ducks Stadium.

At the February 14th Town of Islip IDA meeting, the Board unanimously approved final resolutions for American Tire Distributors and Trojan Powder Coating.  Both companies applied for financial assistance through the Town of Islip Industrial Development Agency and will receive benefits through various tax abatements.
